Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute plans effectively.

You will work closely with our management team to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and evolve our brand identity and positioning
  • Drive lead generation through integrated campaigns and digital marketing
  • Oversee content creation and graphic design
  • Deliver compelling marketing campaigns and product launches

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (desired)
  • Experience in high-growth businesses with international market expansion
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills
