Marketing Visionary Job

We are seeking a Marketing Visionary to lead and execute our long-term marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and bring our brand to life across digital and retail platforms.

You will be responsible for writing, concepting, directing, briefing, and managing end-to-end campaigns that showcase our brand's personality and values.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute the creative marketing strategy, aligning with our brand vision and goals
  • Oversee daily marketing operations and campaign delivery, ensuring timely and effective results
  • Create systems and processes that enable consistent content and marketing at scale
  • Write clear, captivating, and persuasive copy for brand campaigns, email marketing, and direct response advertising
  • Lead influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC) strategy, managing relationships and content pipelines
  • Manage organic social media presence and ensure our brand appears in culture and feeds
  • Ideate, brief, and direct creative across design, photography, copy, and video
  • Source and manage talent for email marketing and Meta/TikTok content
  • Collaborate with our performance ads manager to align creative with paid strategy
Your Qualifications
  • A creative-first thinker with strong brand taste and attention to detail
  • Must be a creative professional with proven experience in a creative field - writing, design, content, or art direction
  • Highly action-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results quickly
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling and marketing that resonates with customers
  • Easy to work with, with strong emotional intelligence, great communication skills, and high collaboration
  • A 'nothing is too hard' attitude, with a focus on finding solutions rather than problems
  • A strong writer with a natural instinct for brand voice, tone, and storytelling
  • A strategic thinker who can zoom out and lead vision, while zooming in to execute
