About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the next phase of our brand and marketing evolution. This hands-on role blends strategy and execution — from shaping our brand presence to generating qualified leads that fuel our growth. As part of our management team, you'll work closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams to ensure our marketing drives real impact.

What You'll Do


• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with our mission, vision, and growth goals.


• Manage and evolve our brand identity, positioning, and customer experience.


• Drive lead generation through integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and targeted promotions.


• Oversee content creation, graphic design, and external creative partners.


• Deliver compelling marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.


• Manage our presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.


• Track and report on marketing performance metrics.

About You


• 5+ years in marketing with proven brand management and strategy execution experience.


• Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred).


• Experience in high-growth businesses, ideally with international market expansion.


• Strong stakeholder management skills — from sales teams to creative agencies.


• Strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills.


• Creative, collaborative, and driven to "get stuff done."
