Leadership Role in Property Market Analysis

Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our property market research function, driving brand visibility and thought leadership through timely and relevant research content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive content schedule including weekly market insights, regular flagship reports, and topical publications.
  • Act as a spokesperson, engaging with media outlets to provide expert commentary and respond to key market events.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and tailored briefings to industry bodies, clients, and consumers, enhancing brand awareness and positioning us as the leading voice in property analysis.
  • Maintain data integrity, collaborating with analytics and product teams to ensure research outputs are accurate and meet high standards.
  • Identify revenue opportunities via public speaking, report syndication, and consulting activities.
  • Support clients with tailored market insights and contribute to cross-functional projects, including marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
