Chief Energy Storage Officer

Energy Storage and Optimization Professionals are sought to join a leading organization in the field of renewable energy storage.
The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to successful handover. This includes coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
A strong background in engineering and/or battery storage is essential, along with experience in managing projects with complex technical requirements.
About This Role- Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale battery energy storage projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
- Project Management: Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project team members, providing training and coaching to develop their skills and abilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including design and construct partners, equipment providers, and other partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure full life cycle project deliverables are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in energy sector engineering and/or battery storage
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with complex technical requirements
