Relationship Manager, Compliance and Oversight

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equity Trustees Ltd. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of relationship building and compliance within our framework for an allocated group of corporate fiduciary clients.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Equity Trustees to the market, engaging with clients to build strong relationships
- Manage operational compliance within our compliance framework, ensuring seamless execution of client and fund changes
- Project manage all client and fund changes, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption
- Review and complete offer document due diligence, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop, manage, and comply with Equity Trustees' processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Engage with stakeholders to build relationships, driving business outcomes and growth
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and client service, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Exposure to investment and funds management, with a strong understanding of custodian and administration/registry services
- Strong understanding of the financial markets, with a proven track record of managing compliance to set criteria
- Sound knowledge of tax and accounting principles, with a focus on funds management
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with a strong academic record
