About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager, Compliance and Oversight. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage all aspects of relationship building and compliance within our compliance framework for an allocated group of corporate fiduciary clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Equity Trustees to the market, engaging with clients to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Manage operational compliance within our compliance framework, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Project manage all client and fund changes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
- Review and complete offer document due diligence, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Develop, manage, and comply with Equity Trustees' processes, ensuring that all procedures are up-to-date and effective.
- Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and achieve optimum business outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and client service, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exposure to investment and funds management, with a strong understanding of custodian and administration/registry services.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets, with a proven understanding of the tax and accounting principles concerning funds.
- Sound knowledge of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly data requirements for funds.
- Proven track record in managing compliance to set criteria.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
