Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Capability Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performance team, building strategic customer relationships, and driving pre-sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performance team, ensuring profitable growth, quality of consulting delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving solution adoption and advocacy.
  • Pre-Sales and Growth: Drive pre-sales and bookings growth for the practice, working closely with sales teams.
  • Staffing and Capacity Planning: Lead staffing and capacity planning to ensure the right capacity and capability, developing product, industry, and soft skills across the team.
  • Solution Governance: Ensure solution governance for projects where your solution pillars are being implemented.
  • Team Development: Empower and develop a team of highly skilled consulting professionals, driving high performance and individual career growth.
  • Employee Delight: Drive employee delight to attract and retain a committed team.
  • Personal Billable Utilization: Maintain a personal billable utilization.
  • IP Harvesting and Reuse: Run IP harvesting and reuse across projects for your solution pillar.
  • Group Goals and Performance: Measure and assess group goals and performance against specific outcomes.
  • Operational Policies: Advise and ensure the implementation of operational policies within the team.
  • Customer and Partner Relationships: Establish strong, enduring, and collaborative relationships with customers and other Oracle LOBs.
  • Solution Delight: Build customer and partner relationships to ensure excellence in service delivery and solution delight.
  • Opportunity Identification: Anticipate opportunities for improvement and handle escalations for solution and capability issues to achieve positive outcomes and influence policy/practice to streamline engagements.
  • Strategic Direction: Contribute to the strategic direction of the OC ANZ Applications and Technology Practice.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) relevant to the position, including 3+ years of consulting management experience.
  • Direct Line Management: Direct line management experience including project, people, and customer.
  • Senior-Level Customer Facing Skills: Senior-level customer-facing skills to represent Oracle and drive discussions regarding solution benefits, alignment, best practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Solution Articulation: Able to articulate solutions with respect to the business requirements of the customer.
  • Delivery Team Management: Experience in establishing and effectively leading a delivery team, including management of key consulting KPIs.
  • Interpersonal, Communication, and Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Dynamic and Complex Environment: Ability to work within a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Business Relationships: Able to network and develop strong business relationships.
Mandatory Skills
  • Expertise in Solution Pillars: Expertise in at least two of the solution pillars (Oracle technologies) you are responsible for, including Digital Experience, CX Tech, Analytics, Reporting, and OCI AI/ML.
  • PaaS Architecture and Design: Experience on PaaS architecture and design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
