Position Overview
The Consulting Client Solution Executive is tasked with fostering trusted, long-term relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction through effective sales strategies. This role involves exceptional customer engagement and the promotion of Oracle's client base expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting opportunity activities for Oracle SaaS Applications on designated projects.
- Drive bookings for both established and new business; meet the bookings quota assigned to you.
- Develop mid to long-term account strategies to achieve business growth and secure market leadership; manage the overall pipeline and keep Oracle Consulting Management informed of progress.
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships with the Oracle Opportunity Management and Field organization, as well as the broader X-LoB teams to ensure the success of Oracle Consulting.
- Design solutions for winning proposals.
- Oversee the opportunity management process for our clients and prospects.
- Assist in the bid management process for clients and prospects.
- Ensure the success of each engagement from both a financial and customer satisfaction perspective.
- Support successful delivery to pave the way for future expansion.
- Manage any issues between Oracle and customers to achieve favorable outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record with over 10 years of experience in opportunity management, with significant interaction with customer executives and decision-makers. Expertise in products, technology, or industry relevant to the practice focus is essential, along with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at the executive level.
Content Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Software or SaaS (ERP, HCM, CX, etc.).
- Knowledge of effective strategies for SaaS and Cloud projects.
- Sales or delivery experience and familiarity with Oracle's SaaS applications is preferred.
