Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
  • Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
  • Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
  • Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
  • Performance appraisals
  • Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills.
  • A passion for fitness and sales.
