
Dynamic Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Membership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for the overall management of the member experience.
The successful candidate will have proven sales and customer service experience, with a clear ability to hit KPIs. They will also possess a deep understanding of the cycle of selling, various sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling, and customer retention strategies and metrics.
In this role, you will lead a team of Member Support Consultants, managing their daily workflow to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets. You will also create a structure to enable the MSC team to achieve their daily minimum performance criteria, and assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the team.
Able to set and motivate others towards a goal, you will work closely with the Club and Regional Manager to develop initiatives to drive membership growth. You will also support the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily workflow of the MSC team to achieve new sales targets
- Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team
- Creating a structure to enable the MSC team to achieve their daily minimum performance criteria
- Assisting with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team
- Achieving member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
- Supporting the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
- Supporting the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster
