Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth risk assessments to identify potential exposures and designing tailored insurance and risk management strategies
  • Acting as a client advocate, ensuring their insurance programs are effectively negotiated, placed, and serviced
  • Providing technical guidance to clients and colleagues on complex insurance and risk management issues

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience in insurance broking, ideally with a focus on Not-for-Profit or Buying Groups/Franchises
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Strong knowledge and application of broking principles, insurance products, and renewals
