We're seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our payroll function across multiple countries.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing payroll team.
- Oversee accurate, compliant payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure tax, superannuation, and compliance obligations are met.
This role requires significant experience in payroll operations, including leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of legislation, Awards, PAYG, superannuation, and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Significant payroll operations experience, including 1-2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
