The Senior Manager, COO Office is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading strategic thinking and business planning across the COO Office and the IBO Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our mission.

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, COO Office will work closely with the COO, Head of Strategy, and the IBO Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improvement. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies that drive business growth and improvement;
  • Work closely with the COO, Head of Strategy, and the IBO Leadership Team to develop and implement business plans;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, Board, and other senior leaders;
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the IBO Group and the COO Office;
  • Lead the development and implementation of operating models and business processes;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans;
  • Provide input and guidance on business performance monitoring and reporting;
  • Support the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business policies and procedures;
  • Provide input and guidance on business risk management and compliance.

You'll also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
