About Future Fund Management Agency

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Leadership Manager to join our COO Office team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic thinking and business planning across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy management and business management, with a strong background in financial services. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our strategy, working closely with the COO, Head of Strategy, and IBO Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our strategy, aligned with the Agency's strategy;
  • Lead the business planning process for the IBO group, working with the IBO Business Units to provide guidance and support;
  • Develop and maintain the group Operating Model framework, tools, and models, and their implementation across the IBO Business Units;
  • Carry out detailed research and analysis of business and market intelligence, synthesizing and analyzing the data to draw out meaningful business insights;
  • Operational performance analysis and reporting, including dashboard design and implementation;
  • Management reporting, including regular updates to SLT, CEO, and Board;
  • Stakeholder and relationship management;
  • Business management and governance forums, policies, frameworks, methodologies, protocols, and processes to enable IBO group and business units to effectively manage their respective businesses.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in strategy management and business management. You will have a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, with a strong understanding of operating model management and business planning. You will be an excellent communicator with great stakeholder management skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of complexity and ambiguity.
