About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable.
Key Accountabilities:
- Arrival Experience: Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions driven by our client's brand and culture.
- Operational Excellence: Uphold operational excellence for client and visitor experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across all Client Suite touch points.
- Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of the client areas to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service/Concierge experience in a similar role required within a professional services office environment or experience working in a premium service environment.
- Highly proficient in setting up meeting room technology for client meetings.
- Experience managing a switchboard phone system and multiple meeting room calendars.
- Polished personal presentation is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
