We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Sydney, where they will contribute to high-performing real estate investment activities. Reporting directly to the Head of Transactions, this role offers exposure to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and broader investment strategies across the logistics and industrial property sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the evaluation and execution of property transactions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, conduct detailed analyses, and provide recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Assist with due diligence processes across multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Prepare high-quality investment papers and transaction reporting, accurately reflecting the company's performance.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2–4 years' experience in real estate valuation, analytics, or corporate finance, with a strong foundation in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and expertise in Forbury/Argus advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry principles.
  • A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving results.
