This is a key position that will be responsible for leading the development of proposals, business cases, and other marketing materials to secure new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal writing and team leadership, with experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of proposals, business cases, and other marketing materials to secure new business opportunities
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Tertiary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in proposal writing and team leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
