About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Product Portfolio Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing product portfolio planning for all commercial product lines, including lifecycle management of existing products and services, as well as creating and integrating new products and product changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product portfolio planning for all commercial product lines, including lifecycle management of existing products and services.
  • Create and integrate new products and product changes.
  • Manage execution of quarterly campaigns.
  • Develop and implement mid-term (6-9 months) product portfolio planning management across product categories, including deciding pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with AP & BU Teams to ensure effective portfolio readiness for ANZ based on market intelligence and on-ground competition portfolio analysis.
  • Analyze and understand customer profile, RTMs, trade and competitive dynamics and landscape.
  • Ensure portfolio certification readiness based on ANZ policy requirements (BIS etc.).
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
  • Use industry reports data to analyze TAM and identify growth opportunities.
  • Align with segment team to design product roadmap planning and new product launches.
  • Demand forecasting/planning + inventory management.
  • Work with alliance partners, Business Units to align the strategy for ANZ as a market.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales & marketing to ensure category successful sell-in and sell-out.
  • Ensure supply with supply chain and Demand Planning for the long-term forecast.
  • Support the business and sales teams for cost scrutiny for large deals.
  • Business Management Current and Next quarter Business Planning with sales & finance.
  • Drive the campaigns reviews for ROI, supporting the execution with planning tools to drive the required financial outcomes.
  • Budgeting strategic and tactical investments.
  • Driving Tactical spending to drive required outcomes in partnership with the Sales Teams.
  • Accountable to driving the P&L for the SMB business directly to maintain required harmony between top line growth and margins.
  • Supporting financial and material forecast's.
  • Supporting the sales team to drive strategic priorities, growth initiatives, and W3 GTM plans.
Requirements
  • In-depth understanding and analysis of subscribed market Intelligence reports to shape an effective portfolio for ANZ.
  • Product championship, training and Sales Enablement to internal as well as external teams.
  • Assist the product team to drive qualitative business health parameters such as Premium mix, Industry differentiator/first to market product offerings.
  • Managing relationship with alliance partners for annual alignment and fund management.
  • Understand and experienced in driving the financial outcomes in form of a P&L.
Position Requirements
  • Overall 8+ years' experience across product management (minimum 3+ years) & sales.
  • The person should be passionate and willing to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative & limited information environment which is highly dynamic.
  • Ability to articulate strategy and plans clearly to stakeholders.
