Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective portfolio readiness and execution.
  • Analyze market intelligence and competitor data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.

  • Align with segment teams to design product roadmaps and launch new products.
  • Manage demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Support business and sales teams in cost scrutiny for large deals and drive tactical spending to achieve required outcomes.
  • Accountable for driving the P&L for the SMB business, maintaining harmony between top-line growth and margins.
  • Support financial and material forecasts and drive strategic priorities, growth initiatives, and W3 GTM plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management and sales, with a minimum of 3+ years in product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and plans clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passionate and willing to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
