About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in communicating People Team initiatives and driving key change and strategic communications across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to execute the People team strategy and develop cohesive communications plans for key events, change initiatives, and product launches.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and purposeful communications through various mediums, including online, print, video, and internal social media.
  • Work closely with support teams to challenge and improve communications for our support and store teams.
  • Simplify our communications for teams, ensuring seamless team member engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies to drive business outcomes and support the Group's Purpose.
Requirements
  • Experience in communications, marketing, events, public relations, or similar fields.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively across different initiatives.
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders, positively influencing, and showing agility and adaptability.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to articulate solutions and take a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
