Business Development Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to join our team in Sydney, with a focus on the scientific sectors. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your sales and business development expertise to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Engagement: Identify and connect with clients across the region, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with key decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to spearhead business development campaigns, unlocking new markets and opportunities.
  • Revenue & Solution Delivery: Drive commercial success by offering innovative recruitment and workforce solutions.
  • Territorial Expansion: Contribute to the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: A Science Degree and at least 2 years experience in business development or sales - preferably within a scientific sector.
  • Sales Excellence: Proven ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions.
  • Business Insight: Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies.
  • Regional Flexibility: Willingness to travel and engage with clients throughout Sydney/NSW or Interstate if required.
  • Professional Communication: Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
