About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Partnership Recruitment Lead to join our team at Bupaoptical. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a sufficient, commercially sustainable network of healthcare providers that deliver high-quality patient care and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Development and Management: Identify network insufficiencies and source, engage, and negotiate with suitable providers to ensure a sufficient network of providers that will support the provision of healthcare services to our clients.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain reports to share meaningful data insights to inform recruitment activity and network performance.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: Support the development and continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly KPI reporting and insights.
  4. Referral and Booking System: Promote the use of our Referral and Booking System to facilitate timely delivery of clinical reporting and payment of invoices.
  5. Provider Identification and Recruitment: Use a variety of sources such as local networks, online platforms/resources, and in-depth analysis of industry and organizational data to identify potential providers wanting to join our network.
  6. Recruitment Processes: Conduct recruitment processes that deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes (e.g. approval, selection, negotiation, and offer).
  7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor recruitment activities, performance measures, and other network optimization activities related to our healthcare roles.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Desirable 2 years' experience in a recruitment environment that involves contract negotiation.
  2. Data Analysis: Ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies.
  3. Influencing and Negotiation: Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  4. Administrative and Time Management: Strong administrative and time management skills.
  5. Recruitment Management: Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments across a range of disciplines.
  6. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
  7. Turnaround Times: Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA's/KPI's).
  8. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
  9. Security Clearance: This is a Security Cleared Position. The occupant must be an Australian Citizen and must be eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance.
