Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
