About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage inbound calls and emails, providing exceptional service and resolving customer queries related to sustainability and recycling. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage inbound customer queries via phone (60%) and email (40%)
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to deliver outstanding service
- Use a ticketing system to track and manage support requests
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times
- Collaborate with your team to build knowledge and improve processes
What we are looking for:
- 1 year+ experience working in a contact centre environment is essential.
- Prior experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Service Now or CRM experience).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the skill to prioritise tasks effectively and stay organised in fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service and a desire to help make a positive environmental impact.
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a team-oriented, supportive environment.
- Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving, using initiative to find solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and tools to continuously improve service delivery.
- Collaborative team player, always ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

- Permanent Full Time position - $64k plus super + penalty rates.
- Rotating roster Monday to Friday with rotating weekend shift once a month (including penalty rates) = Total 38 hours per week.
