About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team in a national market leading services business based in West Gosford.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining all of the Customer Service & Admin procedures and will need to contribute to process improvements.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering queries over the phone
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • High volume data entry
  • Ad hoc Administration
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices/identifying invoice errors
  • Managing and follow up of internal/external customer queries
  • Dispute resolution of large customer accounts
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the manager

About You

We are looking for a team player with:

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Proven Customer Service and phone experience
  • Experience in a high-volume environment
  • Solutions and outcome focused

What We Offer

Parking on site and this role is office based. The company has grown rapidly due to expanded service offering and are looking for an additional headcount to support the team.
