Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and intelligent individual to join our team as a Used Cars Valuer. This role involves providing competitive market values for customer trade-in vehicles using up-to-date market knowledge and current databases.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our Order Operations, Sales, Service and Delivery teams to provide assistance on Trade-in and Used Car matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with Used Car, Sales, Service and Delivery teams to provide a competitive market value for customer trade-in vehicles.
  • Ensuring all relevant processes are followed and correct documentation is provided before or at the point of Trade-in.
  • Providing training and direct feedback/support to local Sales teams to assist them in improving Trade-In Attachment rates.
  • Managing on-ground logistics for incoming trades as well as their disposal.
  • Collaborating with Service to manage Used Tesla inspection and repair.

This is an entry-level position that requires advanced computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and a driver's license with a clean driving record. A strong interest in the automotive industry is also essential.
