**About the role**:
Tynan Motors is currently recruiting for an experienced Valuer & Buyer to work with one of Australia's most trusted car brands. With 4 used car locations with approximately 450 cars in and out the opportunities for growth are endless.

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing vehicles on behalf of the company and ensuring wholesale/retail profitability
- Valuing vehicles offered for trade in
- Obtaining high quality stock for the Used Car department
- Assess suitability of vehicles for retail or wholesale trade
- Appraising and valuing used vehicles

**About you**:

- Sound knowledge of the automotive Industry - in particular sales and wholesale markets
- Experience valuing vehicles and appraising trade in vehicles
- Prior experience in the same role.
- Experience in auctions - desirable but not essential
- Ability to drive results and the confidence to purchase vehicles for retail sales
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong and trusting relations
- Current NSW unrestricted license
