This is the first time in 26 years this coveted position has been available. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic **Used Vehicle Sales Manager** to join our busy **Mercedes-Benz**team on a full-time basis. This position is based at **Chatswood and Mosman.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide the used car team to ensure sales and customer experience targets are achieved
- Provide accurate reporting and analysis for stakeholders
- Manage the used car stock in line with company expectations
- Collaborate with various suppliers and internal departments to support the efficient operation of the department
- Responsible for trade in vehicle appraisals
- Comply with all Mercedes-Benz guidelines

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Full unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Punctual and reliable
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised
- Current drivers licence
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate care and strong attention to detail
