Trade-in Advisor Role

This role presents a compelling opportunity for career advancement as a Trade-in Advisor. You will collaborate closely with various teams to provide support on trade-in and used car matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate effectively with the Used Car, Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to deliver competitive valuations for customer trade-in vehicles.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant processes and provide correct documentation before or at the point of trade-in.
  • Provide training and feedback to local sales teams to enhance trade-in attachment rates.
  • Manage logistics for incoming trades and their disposal.
  • Collaborate with the Service team to support used Tesla inspections and repairs.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • A motivated and intelligent individual with a drive for continuous process improvement.
  • Advanced computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude towards sustainable energy.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
