Job Overview

As a Trade-In Valuer, you will be responsible for providing competitive valuations for customer trade-in vehicles using current market knowledge and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Used Car, Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to provide a competitive market value for customer trade-in vehicles.
  • Ensure all relevant processes are followed and correct documentation is provided before or at the point of trade-in.
  • Provide training and direct feedback/support to local Sales teams to assist them in improving Trade-In Attachment rates.
  • Manage on-ground logistics for incoming trades as well as their disposal.
  • Collaborate with the Service team to manage Used Tesla inspection and repair.

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills; proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and expediency in responding to the needs of the Sales team.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sustainable energy solutions.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • An interest in the automotive industry.
