Requirements:- RG146 Superannuation qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in superannuation or financial services
- Proven track record in contact centre or team leadership roles
- Familiarity with Acurity systems is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
