Clinical Operations Lead
About the Role:This position is responsible for leading a theatre team to deliver high-quality patient care in a perioperative setting.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 15-theatre complex, utilizing operational expertise and leadership skills.
- Lead a large, multi-disciplinary team to ensure service delivery, applying clinical knowledge and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders to optimize patient outcomes through clinical excellence.
- Identify opportunities for development, learning, and improvement within the team, ensuring professional standards of practice.
- Manage resources, including recruitment, budgeting, and procurement to achieve service objectives.
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent nursing qualification/AHPRA Registration.
- Postgraduate Qualification in Clinical Speciality.
- Significant clinical experience in a perioperative environment, with ability to lead a team to deliver contemporary, evidence-based patient care.
- Budget and people management experience, with willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with infection control requirements.
