Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Perioperative Services Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and coordination of the perioperative services department. This includes ensuring safe patient outcomes, coordinating operating lists, and maintaining effective communication with surgeons and anaesthetists.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia / AHPRA and hold a Certificate IV in Sterilisation (or working towards same). You will also require extensive clinical skills and knowledge of contemporary perioperative nursing practice, strong leadership and management skills, and highly developed communication / interpersonal, negotiation and change management skills.
