Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Responsible Gaming Operations. As Group General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic aspects of player health strategies and group policy execution.

This role requires an individual with extensive experience in senior management/leadership roles in responsible gaming or related fields. You must possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills, particularly with regulators.

A successful candidate will have led and delivered responsible gambling programs in casino environments, demonstrating a good understanding of emerging trends in technology to enhance Crown's management of responsible gaming risks.

This position offers a unique opportunity to attract, retain and develop talent, with advanced strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Influencing the culture and values of the business as to the philosophies of Responsible Gaming at Crown
  • Ensuring that the Responsible Gaming Centre reflects and promotes the principles and strategic direction of the business with regard to safer play and reduction of gambling-related harms
  • Actively engaging internal and external stakeholders relevant to the RGC functions ensuring Crown's approach to Responsible Gaming meets or exceeds requirements
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of the Responsible Gaming Strategy and ongoing evaluation
