We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our Responsible Gaming Team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Responsible Gaming Analysts.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure the team meets its objectives.
  • Conduct quality assessments to maintain high standards.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
  • Carry out performance reviews and offer coaching.
  • Manage escalations and address responsible gaming queries.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership or coaching role.
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
