Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, working on multiple Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle of data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver multiple Data Centre projects, exceeding client expectations in terms of timeframes, costs, and specifications.
  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Project Controllers, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
  • Collaborate with Regional Digital Infrastructure Industry Leaders to report on project progress and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure alignment between design and construction schedules, meeting client expectations and timelines.
  • Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, establishing strong relationships and effective communication channels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management qualifications or experience, ideally with a background in construction.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proven track record of delivering data centre projects end-to-end.
  • The ability to relocate to Melbourne for this role.
