Senior Programme Lead for Data Centre Projects

We're on a mission to shape the future by tackling some of the world's most complex challenges. Our team is expanding, and we need a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Data Centre projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects, exceeding client expectations, and delivering results within tight timelines and budgets.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers and Project Controllers to deliver projects from concept to handover.
  • Collaborate with Regional Digital Infrastructure Industry Leaders to report on project progress and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and specifications.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle of data centre developments, with a demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end data centres.
  • A desire to lead, grow, and develop a group of emerging Data Centre Project Managers through sharing your skills and insights.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Project Management qualifications or experience and ideally a background in construction.
