High Impact Data Centre Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced senior technical program manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results for our Data Centre infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles and the ability to drive strategy, conceptual design feasibility, requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
We own the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting all AWS data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. Our team tackles complex problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain, and we need talented individuals who can help us succeed.
You will collaborate with people across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Our inclusive culture welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Data Centre capacity projects.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and priorities.
- Manage remote project delivery teams and facilitate technical sessions to troubleshoot issues and remove barriers to project success.
- At least 5 years of programme management experience.
- Analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to review technical and ambiguous problems and lead teams to decide and deliver.
- Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with the AWS product suite.
- Experience managing projects in the APAC region.
- Data Centre construction or infrastructure experience.
