Role Summary
Executive Director Residential ServicesWe are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our residential services, ensuring the highest standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to shaping the organisation's culture, strategy, and long-term success.
About You- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field (desirable)
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership within residential aged care services, preferably across multiple sites
- Proven ability to drive strategic growth and sustainability, including identifying and implementing efficiency improvements and developing alternative revenue streams
