About the OpportunityWe are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation that supports older people and their families. This rare opportunity exists for an experienced leader to join the team as Executive Manager - Residential Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership ensuring high standards of care, compliance and service.
- Drive growth initiatives including new models of care and revenue diversification.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain strong financial oversight and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of accountability and respect across teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and residents.
Responsibilities include overseeing clinical governance, leading strategic planning and implementing contemporary care models. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience within residential aged care, proven success in leading growth and operational efficiency, and a strong understanding of aged care reforms and funding structures.
Requirements:- AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse (mandatory).
- Business or Management qualification (highly desirable).
- Senior leadership experience within residential aged care.
