We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee two co-located residential aged care facilities. This role involves ensuring services consistently meet the highest standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
- This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and empower teams, fostering accountability and a positive workplace culture.
- It also demands strategic thinking, as you will need to drive growth and sustainability through identifying efficiency improvements and developing alternative revenue streams.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Registered Nurse qualification (AHPRA) – mandatory.
- Business, Management or related tertiary qualification – desirable.
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership within residential aged care services, preferably across multiple sites.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor diverse teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to balance financial performance with exceptional resident care outcomes.
- A competitive salary package, including up to $15,900 per year tax-free.
- Flexible work arrangements to balance strategic work with operational oversight.
- A direct reporting line to the CEO and regular Board engagement.
