As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to a dynamic team of residential care workers. Your leadership skills will shape the future of young people in need of guidance and support.

Our program offers two Full-Time opportunities based in Melbourne, Victoria. You will work closely with the House Supervisor, playing a vital role in delivering compassionate care and fostering growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of residential care workers, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to address the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of young people in residential care.

- Collaborate with the House Supervisor and Residential Care Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven ability to supervise, lead, and support a team of residential care workers.

- Experience and knowledge of the residential care field, particularly in therapeutic environments.

- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, along with awareness of current issues affecting Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
