Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our AI Business Solutions team. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives and shape the future of AI-powered business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer obligations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead or participate in steering committees with strategic customers to monitor delivery success.
  • Support consumption goals by identifying blockers and enabling internal teams to maximize customer value.
  • Be accountable for project delivery forecasting.
  • Partner with sales on contract setup, compliance, and execution.
  • Manage project budgets, profitability, and risk.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure service delivery is on track and issues are proactively addressed.
