Leadership Role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a key leadership position within the People & Culture Business Partnering team, responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to the team in delivering people processes across the region.

This role involves managing escalations as needed and leading the implementation of critical initiatives throughout the region.

Additionally, the Senior HR Business Partner offers expert advice to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with both organizational goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead People & Culture initiatives in leadership, performance, talent management, and diversity.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and ER/IR matters.
  • Manage and lead key projects and organisational transformation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.
  • Coach and support stakeholders to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Provide regular updates on emerging issues and risks.
About You

We are looking for experienced and skilled individuals who:

  • Have 5+ years in P&C leadership roles with expertise across key areas like workplace relations, performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition.
  • Have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Have a strong ability to turn programs into impactful solutions.
  • Are up-to-date with knowledge of employment legislation and agreements.
  • Have skilled advising and influencing leaders, driving business outcomes.
  • Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Have experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Are passionate about delivering high-quality service.
