We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Guest Service Officer.


As a key representative of our establishment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through check-in and check-out processes, handling queries with ease and professionalism. You will also prepare arrival and departure reservations, process payments, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas.


Additional responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating guest needs, upselling hotel services, and preparing food and beverages in our lobby café. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, can multitask with ease, and is passionate about providing outstanding service.
