The role of a customer service representative is to provide excellent service to customers across Australia. This includes handling phone and email enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and support broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and returns using Esker and SAP.
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and support the sales process.
  • Coordinate consignment stock and assist with weekend delivery arrangements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to meet quality and delivery standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing. You will also require strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Competence using SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
  • A qualification in Customer Service, Business, or Supply Chain.
