About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: You will be responsible for assisting customers with retail and transactional banking enquiries over the phone, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
  • Processing Inbound Transactions: You will process inbound transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to banking policies and procedures.
  • Opportunity Identification: You will identify opportunities to educate and assist customers with financial products and services, helping them achieve their goals.
  • Maintenance of Compliance: You will maintain compliance with relevant legislation and banking standards, ensuring our high level of service is maintained at all times.
  • Professional Enquiry Management: You will manage enquiries with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, providing a positive experience for every customer.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess recent contact centre experience or a background in finance/banking/insurance, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
