Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in employee relations, culture and engagement, training, performance reviews, recruitment, employee reward, monthly payroll, OHS, and updating HR policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to support the growth and success of our organisation. This will include developing and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance and advice to employees, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives, as well as contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

About Us:

We are a technology company with a focus on the medical industry. We are headquartered in Asia but have a regional hub in Sydney. Our Australian HQ is based in Frenchs Forest and has around 20 employees. We value our people and strive to create a supportive and inclusive culture.

This role reports directly to the CFO and is a stand-alone from an HR perspective but can be considered part of the finance team. You will have daily contact with the MD who is based in the Sydney office.
