We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a part-time Assistant Coordinator position.

About The Role
  • The Assistant Coordinator will assist in the development of quality programs.
  • Day-to-day running of programs and support with staff management will be managed by the Assistant Coordinator.
  • E nsuring compliance with policy is a key responsibility for the Assistant Coordinator.
  • Undertaking administrative requirements will fall under the duties of the Assistant Coordinator.
  • The Assistant Coordinator will work collaboratively with families and the school community.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Completed (or actively studying) relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching, such as a Diploma in Children Services.
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
  • Maintained effective administration and correct documentation in an OSHC service.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • A Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
  • NQF knowledge would be advantageous.
